26,423 meals &
$69,756.94 worth of food
"From 2017-2020, food insecurity rates in Charlottesville decreased from 17% to 12% percent (Feeding America). While this is still higher than the national average, we are grateful for the organizations and people that have worked hard to increase food access for neighbors in need, especially the FRN Chapter at UVA. It is an honor to support the passionate and driven student leaders that are fighting to reduce hunger and food insecurity in their community."
